Any orders placed before 3pm will be packed and put in the post the same day. Orders placed after 3pm will be sent the next working day. Delivery within the UK starts at £2.95 for Royal Mail 2nd Class Recorded Delivery and £4.95 for 1st Class Recorded Delivery. Items sent using 2nd Class Recorded Delivery take 3 to 5 working days. Items sent using 1st Class Recorded Delivery take 1 to 3 working days however they are usually delivered the next working day after being shipped. Delivery within the rest of Europe is £6.95, and £7.95 for the rest of the world. These items usually take 5 to 7 working days to be delivered.
Note that bank holidays and weekends are not classed as working days so please allow for these before contacting us with any queries regarding your order being delivered.
We can not be held responsible for late delivery due to adverse weather conditions.
If for any reason you have a query regarding the delivery of your order, please fill in the form on the Contact Us page or send us an email at email@example.com and we will try and resolve any issues you are having within 24 hours. Remember to include your Order Number (if known), your full name, and your postcode when contacting us.
If in the unlikely event your purchase is damaged on arrival, is too small/big or simply unsuitable, please use the form on the Contact Us page stating your Order Number, the item(s) you'd like to exchange or return and why. Alternatively you can send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will then arrange with you an efficient way to exchange or return the item(s).
If you wish to exchange your item(s) for a different size or a replacement of the same size, once we've received your item(s) back we will send the new item(s) out free of charge using a 2nd Class Recorded Delivery Service.
All items returned to us must still be in original packaging ensuring that the labels have not been removed from the garment. If any labels or packaging are not present when we receive the item(s), we will either return the items to you or offer a partial refund. Once we have received your item(s) and checked that all packaging and labels are still present, we will offer a full refund minus any delivery service costs either way.
This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
Note: when trying on items of clothing, please ensure that you are not wearing perfume/aftershave or a deodorant which may leave a scent or marks on the item(s). We will be unable to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed. The item must be returned in its original packaging with any enclosed returns/exchange documentation.
Faulty returns must be sent back for inspection before a refund will be issued. Refunds will ONLY be given for damaged goods where no replacement product can be supplied. Damage due to normal wear and tear, misuse, alteration to the product, or negligence is not covered under our returns policy and a refund will not be given.
- Refunds and Exchanges for all items, including faulty goods, can only be given within 14 days of receipt.
- We will issue a full refund (excluding delivery charges) on receipt, We will exchange the item for a different size/colour if preferred.
- Some products are NON-returnable. These are clearly marked. This is common-practice throughout the Retail trade.
- The item is your responsibility until we receive it.
- For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that carries insurance/tracking number.
- Failure to follow these procedures will result in the item being returned to you.
The cost of returning is your responsibility and is therefore non refundable, unless deemed necessary.
